All over designs

All over designs are great for quilts that don’t have clear border patterns, holding quilts together as they cover the whole quilt. The stitching sits in the background and quilt design itself to shine.

Starting from $3 square foot.

Basting

Machine Basting holds the layers of the quilt together for hand quilting with rows of large, easily removed stitching.

Basting from $1.50 square foot.

Custom designs

Custom designs can include different quilting styles for different blocks, different designs for the boarders, different coloured stitching, the list goes on!

Custom designs have a $300 starting price. We will then discuss your specific needs and provide a quote.

Materials

Batting

All our batting is Australian and we provide a variety of options including cotton, wool blend, polyester, cotton wool blends, all in a variety of colours.

Batting starts at $14 per metre.

Backing

We have the largest collection of backing fabrics in Canberra. We sell backing separately to our quilting services.

Backing ranges from $8 to $40 per metre.
